Open Live Writer Launches On The Windows 10 Store Microsoft has made Open Live Writer available on the Windows Store, allowing Windows 10 users to try the new blogging tool on their PCs.
But with the added benefit of exclusive features for the new O.S., like Cortana and Live Tiles. The software titan describes it as:
